Which seats are best at Majestic Theatre - Dallas?
The historic Majestic Theatre has a capacity of approximately 1,704 across three seating levels. Center orchestra seats offer a close, direct view of the stage, while the front mezzanine provides an elevated, panoramic perspective. The balcony offers a higher view of the performance and the theater's ornate interior. Seating availability and sightlines vary by event.
Are there any seats to avoid?
There is no single section that is unsuitable for everyone, but seats at the far sides or toward the rear of a level may feel less direct than center orchestra or front mezzanine seats. Review the available seating map and any seat-location notes before choosing tickets.
Where can I park near Majestic Theatre - Dallas?
The theater does not have its own parking lot. Elm Street Garage at 2000 Elm Street is a convenient option about one block away; event parking is often estimated at $10?$20, though rates can vary. Nearby commercial lots and garages may also be available. Check posted restrictions before using metered street parking, and consider reserving a space in advance when possible.
Is there a parking tip for attending the show?
Arrive early to allow time to park and walk to the entrance, particularly during busy downtown evenings. Compare nearby garage and reserved-parking options before you leave, and confirm current prices and access details directly with the parking provider. The Elm Street Garage is a useful nearby choice, but availability and event rates are not guaranteed.
Can I take public transportation to the theater?
Yes. DART Light Rail serves downtown Dallas, and St. Paul Station on the Red and Blue Lines is within walking distance of the Majestic. Check DART's current schedules and service alerts before traveling.

David Sedaris Dallas Concert reviews
Good players are timeless.
David Sedaris defines the guttural, instinctual, unsuppressed rage that is heavy metal, speed metal, and rock crushing greatness. Not at all surprised by his ability to blow the doors off the rock world again. I'll see the morning breeze floating across Puget Sound and not hear, worth every decibel lost. The band known as David Sedaris has left me deaf, dumb, and blind. I'll sleep soundly, awakened by any frivolous sounds. If they were to come back, I'd do it until my eyes popped and I lost my ability to speak. I get my heel bit by the barking dog because I didn't know it was there, all the bird chirps go unnoticed.
